Great location right in the heart of town, making it super convenient for exploring the area. It's surrounded by shops, restaurants, and the freeway—not to mention an event center nearby! 🎉

location: the hotel was really close to noticable restaurants as well as wyndham and benton. it also was in the middle of jackson. there were a flat-screen tv with cable channels, climate control and a microwave oven in the room, enjoyed that.

There was a pile of animal feces next to the bed. The sheets were used in my bed, and filled with hair.

Pool area was a nice size. Continental breakfast had scrambled eggs, waffles, cereals not just pastries. Quiet room. They partnered with a fitness club nearby if we desired more services with more hours open then their pool hours.
Bathroom was small and slightly run down (water stain ceiling, cobwebs under the sink). The buoy string for the pool was broken up and sharp. We had a non-smoking room and there must have been a smoking room next door as we had cigarette smoke coming in through the door cracks. That was horrible!

Close to highway, pet friendly and convenient. There was a good restaurant next door and a good place to walk the dog.
Dirty Room! Killed a brown roach and a roly poly in my room. Something bit my neck 4 times in the night and I have big whelps on my neck. I had driven from Louisville, Kentucky so after 551 miles was too tired to switch rooms or hotels. My bathtub had holes and cracks in it so not suitable for anything but a shower. The ceiling had big spots where it had been wet and the paint and plaster was cracked open and about to fall on my bed. There was pain spackled all over the outer sink and counter where the coffee pot sat. The help was friendly, but more interested in smoking cigarettes right outside the door and anywhere else they could and socializing with one another to keep the hotel in good condition. Where people smoked under the pine trees there were thousands of cigarette butts in the dry pine needles causing me concern that careless smokers could cause a huge fire. The pool was not running and murky water looked totally unsafe for anyone, even though the sign on it indicated that it was open. The pool tile & coping was cracked and the grout was missing in a lot of places. I would not ever want to stay in this ratty hotel/motel again. I took a sleeping pill so I wouldn't think about the bugs all night.

The room was quiet, recently renovated, had a great shower, an extra blanket, and the service was excellent.

Friendly staff
Broken door handle. Almost got locked in room. Broken fridge. Torn old blankets on bed. But, friendly and responsive staff.
